Found this software as the result of my recent holiday. My wife wanted to upload some of the pictures taken in my Canon G10 which produced picture quality of 14 mega pixels. Each picture was almost 3000 kb in size and it took ages to upload.
Tried to resize the picture individually and I thought to myself that there must be a program out there to resize pictures in bulk. Unfortunately the quality of the picture deteriorated quite a bit but there is many methods to resize which I have yet to explore.
Inserting a watermark and adding a border to your pictures in a jiff must be their strongest point!
I have been using this for awhile already and I didn’t even know that they have Faststone Photo Resizer to help me resize pictures in bulk! With Faststone Image Viewer, I used it to crop picture to suit my requirement. You might need to select a small area of the picture you have and that is why you need this to crop the required area.
If you need to write text on the picture, this is the tool for you. It is also capable of building slide show for your presentation. Am sure there are many more functions which I didn’t explore which might suit your needs.
This is my life saver. Have you been in a situation trying to select a colour to match another picture and graphic? Instead of guessing what is the RGB or the hexadecimal numbers, simply run Pixie and move the colour picker to colour of the picture that you are trying to match. No more guessing!

This is an open source video recording tool that record all screen and video activity on your computer. You can record a tutorial on a how to or used it to answer Frequently Asked Question (FAQ). Once you have your video, you can submit it to YouTube and that is another great way to increase your traffic.
